The purpose of this new website is promotion, as well as the normal informational outcomes. The new website needs to be 

• patient focused, 
• visually engaging and 
• address patients’ needs and questions.

The website also needs to not only rank but also engage visitors looking for the practice’s services. 

The website needs to help differentiate the practice services and ensure patients understand that Dr Robert Gandy offers expertise and excellent service. 

As well as reinforce the message that Dr Robert Gandy offers a professional, caring, safe and personalised service.

Target Audience

• Dr Robert Gandy offers  health care services to individuals who are having issues with there gastrointestinal conditions
• Target patients are both male and female patients, of all ages
• The client wants to rank highly for all their hip and knee conditions and procedures on searchers (SERPS).
