In order for us to help you please consider the following when making change request, please provide.

  • Where on the page is the change required
  • Full details on what exactly needs to be changed, removed or added,

Website Support By Mail


Basecamp can support individual 2Gb files but if you need to send something that is not electronic, such as bulky items, you may choose to post.


Please advise us to expect the item via post.
