Access

After the website is live and the final payment is made, the client has full usage rights to the website that are only subject to 3rd party licenses:


  • Design & Content - usage rights aligned to maintenance payment terms
  • Imagery - usage rights pass with the website
  • Animations - usage rights cease with maintenance payment
  • Domain - rights subject to terms of domain name registrar (DNS Registrar)
  • Content Management System - usage rights subject to terms of CMS developer (these are not transferable)
  • Host - usage rights subject to terms specified by the website hosting company


Access to all the above is available upon request including login access to your Domain control panel, and CMS editing. We manage the above where available we register the client as licensee.
